Who we are
The company behind this site
This website is operated by Hainan Dawnspring International Trade Co., Ltd., a company registered in Hainan, China. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us by e-mail or telephone using the details on this page.
We are a B2B trading company. This site does not sell products online, does not take payments and does not create customer accounts. The only personal data we ask for is what you choose to send in an inquiry.
No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no web analytics scripts and no third-party marketing tools are used on this site.
Short version
We receive only what you send us in an inquiry or e-mail. We use it to reply and quote. We do not sell it, and we do not run analytics on this site.
The inquiry form is a static placeholder today: submitting it does not transmit anything. Data reaches us only when you send an e-mail yourself.

If you choose to send an e-mail, your mail provider and ours process the message. This site itself stores no submitted data.
How we use and store it
Retention, sharing and transfers
How we use the data
We use inquiry data only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on an agreed commercial discussion. We do not add you to a newsletter, do not sell or rent your data, and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
How long we keep it
Our target retention policy is to keep inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after the last exchange, then delete it — unless a contract, customs record or legal obligation requires a longer period. The final retention schedule will be confirmed before launch.
Who we share it with
No third parties are used for analytics, advertising or profiling. Data may be processed by the e-mail service provider behind our business mailbox and by the static hosting provider that serves this site, strictly to deliver and protect the service. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Our business is cross-border, so inquiry data may be accessed from outside your country (for example China and the location of our e-mail provider). Where required, we will rely on appropriate safeguards; the detailed transfer mechanism will be confirmed with legal advice before launch.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent for future processing, or object to processing.
